Where the money goes

We pay schools, not students. So you always know where it went.

No cash changes hands with students. Every dollar is paid as tuition, directly to the school, and only while the student keeps earning it.

How a dollar travels

1

You give

Online through PayPal, through the PayPal Giving Fund with no fees, or by check in the mail.

2

It funds a student

Our team matches your gift to a specific student’s tuition at a specific school.

3

We pay the school

Money goes straight to the school. Students never receive cash, so it can only be spent on education.

4

It continues, or stops

Each payment continues only while the student keeps attending and passing. If they stop, the support stops.

No overhead theatre. Just tuition, paid and tracked.

Haiti Scholarships is run by volunteers. Our one paid role is the staff member in Haiti who visits the schools and checks the grades, because that is the work that makes your gift accountable.
